We're cheesemakers, so you may wonder why we have a page dedicated to neighbors - especially when our main goal is to get you to try our cheese.
People and cheese are both products of the place in which they form. Both are affected by the rolling hills, the woodlands, the rivers, and the clay soil of Southern Iowa.
As corny as it sounds, to know our neighbors is to know our cheese.
