This recipe is a Musser family favorite.
8 oz. Quark Cheese
¾ cup shredded Prairie Breeze Cheddar
1 cup shredded Colby Cheese
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of milk
Finely snipped parsley or chopped pecans
Place cheese in mixing bowl. Let stand at room temperature until softened.
Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Blend at low speed.
Beat at medium speed until fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Let stand in refrigerator until you can form a ball.
Shape into a ball or loaf, roll in parsley or pecans and place on a plate.
Cover and chill two hours until firm. Enjoy!
