Creminelli Piccante Salami
Creminelli Fine Meats is an Italian-American company helmed by master artisan Cristiano Creminelli, a charcuterie expert with generations of fine Italian charcuterie-making hind him. The company uses animals that are raised in open pens, and never given any antibiotics.
Piccante is a spicy salami with red peppers and several varieties of paprika. It's hot, but not so much that it overwhelms the great flavor of artisan cured salami.
Creminelli uses a natural casing, which you should remove before eating – simply score with a knife lengthwise and peel back. Serve Piccante salami as part of an antipasto or cheeseboard, letting that spicy, big flavor shine. We suggest pairing it with Prairie Breeze or Old Style Cheddar for a perfect, slightly spicy bite.
Ingredients: pork, sea salt, natural flavors (celery powder), organic spices, paprika, sugars, organic garlic, starter cultures (in collagen casing).
